Digital Crypto Pay offers cryptocurrency payment solutions, including but not limited to, digital wallets, transaction processing, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

7. Withdrawal Policy

Users of Digital Crypto Pay must have a verified account to initiate any withdrawal requests. Withdrawals are permitted only to wallets that have been verified as clean, meaning they are not flagged for any suspicious or illegal activity. Any withdrawal requests made to flagged wallets will be automatically rejected. A 6% withdrawal fee is applicable to each transaction and will be deducted from the total amount being withdrawn.

All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos on our website are the property of Digital Crypto Pay or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Crypto Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Crypto Pay, along with its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, for specific, direct losses resulting from your intentional misuse of our services, violation of specific obligations outlined in these Terms of Service, or engagement in unlawful activities causing damage to Digital Crypto Pay, to the extent permitted under Polish law. This indemnification does not apply to losses arising solely from your general use of the services or for any indirect or unforeseen damages and excludes cases involving Digital Crypto Pay’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or non-compliance with applicable Polish law.

13. Complaint Process

If you have any complaints regarding our services, you can submit them in writing to our customer support team at support@digitalcryptopay.com.

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days.
  • We aim to resolve all complaints within 2 weeks. However, if the complexity of the issue requires more time, we will keep you informed and provide regular updates on the progress.
  • If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint to an external dispute resolution authority.

14. Dispute Process

At Digital Crypto Pay, we prioritize resolving disputes efficiently and transparently. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team at dispute@digitalcryptopay.com to attempt to resolve disputes informally. We will acknowledge receipt of any dispute within three (3) business days and aim to provide a resolution within two (2) weeks. If additional time is required due to complexity, we will provide regular updates on the status of your dispute.

If a resolution is not reached informally, unresolved disputes will be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation Lewiatan.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed under the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions outside the arbitration process must be brought exclusively in Polish courts. This framework ensures compliance with Polish legal standards while providing a clear resolution process for all users.

16. Changes to Terms of Service

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile, and significant fluctuations can lead to financial losses. Regulatory changes are still evolving and could impact the legality or value of your assets. While we employ strong security measures, digital currencies are susceptible to hacking and fraud, so securing your accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication is essential. Additionally, cryptocurrencies are not insured like traditional assets, meaning losses may not be recoverable. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
